This Privacy Policy describes how femcel.is collects, uses, and shares information submitted through the early signup page.

Scope

The public www.femcel.is page is an early signup waitlist. Submitting the form does not create a forum account. It adds your email to the waitlist so femcel.is can contact you about launch and access updates.

Information we collect

Your email address.
Technical and anti-abuse data associated with a signup request, such as a hashed IP value, user-agent data, and source host.
Bot-protection and browser verification data processed through Cloudflare Turnstile.

How we use the information

To maintain the beta waitlist and avoid duplicate signups.
To send launch notices, invite links, and access-related updates.
To protect the site and signup flow from abuse, spam, and automated submissions.
To operate, troubleshoot, and secure the public signup service.

Who we share information with

Information may be shared with service providers that support site operations, including:

Hosting and infrastructure providers that store the site and waitlist data.
Cloudflare, including Turnstile, for site security and bot protection.
Postmark or another transactional email provider used to send signup emails.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses local browser storage for theme preference and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the signup form. Cloudflare publishes its own Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Retention

Waitlist information is retained for as long as needed to administer the early signup list, send launch and access updates, prevent abuse, and maintain related business and security records.

Removal requests

If you want your email removed from the waitlist, you may use the unsubscribe method provided in an email from femcel.is or request removal by replying to a waitlist email.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13. Do not submit personal information if you are under 13.

Policy changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
